Ok, after the last post I thought I should turn that frown upside down...yeah, yeah, corny I know. Anyway, moral of the story...I am very grateful for my life and actually have quite a bit to smile about! So, even if you're having a rough day, try to find the one thing that makes you smile inside and give yourself permission to bust out into a smile outside, big or small. (Go ahead...you know you want to...no one's looking)

Think of your beautiful husband, your cats whom you adore and your wonderfue home! You are living in a place that supports your every need. Also loving yourself is awesome too! You are starting school veryyyyyyy soon! So much to look forward to. Sometimes, I think people are jealous of things we may have to courage to do that they may not and rather than be happy they are spiteful. I know its hard to drop those people from our lives sometimes...but...keep pluggin along, time will heal
So true...we can't control what people say or do but we can control how we respond. All that really matters is staying true to ourselves.
